TON Foundation constitutes a group of contributors supporting The Open Network (TON). The blockchain distinguishes itself as a network that seeks to give “billions” the opportunity to own their data by building a Web3 ecosystem within Telegram Messenger.
TON Foundation’s New Partnership
In an announcement dated April 12, TON Foundation said its latest partnership with HashKey group hinges on a shared commitment to making crypto a more integrated part of everyday life.
The two entities are keen on working together to improve accessibility and user experience within the TON ecosystem through several initiatives, including providing on-and-off ramp services for users of Wallet in Telegram in the Asia-Pacific Region.
“By streamlining the fiat on-and-off ramp experience, we aim to make cryptocurrency a seamless part of everyday life, driving forward accessibility and innovation within the TON ecosystem,” HashKey Group COO Livio Weng stated.
The partnership will “explore new ways” to support early-stage projects in the TON ecosystem by providing mentorship, networking opportunities, and other incubation activities. HashKey Group might also invest in promising TON ecosystem projects, “subject to thorough due diligence processes.”
Per the statement, the partnership’s initiatives will initially focus on the Hong Kong market, with the two companies committing to following “all regional laws and regulations.” The success in this market will set the stage for extending the companies’ joint efforts to other markets.
